How can I obtain a paper from “Staub – Reinhaltung der Luft”?

I am looking for a paper published in the above journal in 1989. The title is “Measurements of particle size distribution and dust concentration” by Laskus et al (Vol 49, pp. 395-400). My University does not subscribe to this journal and I would like to obtain this paper (free of charge).

Can anyone help? I have already tried to contact the authors to no avail.

If you go to Google Scholar and type in the title of the paper you will be directed to a web site that has this paper available. Unfortunately this is some some sort of French institution that requires payment in Euros. Maybe your university will cough up the required moola for you to get this paper.
