My dog will not come when shes called?
My dog seems to think that coming to me when she is called is a game. She wants to play. i just want her to get down to business and get back in the house. shes really good when I first get home, she will run outside, do her business and come right back in because she is excited to see me. However that excitement wears off and the next time she goes out, she does not want to come back in when i call her. She will come all the way to the door and I either have to gently grab her collar and give her a nudge, or offer a treat. I know she thinks that play time is over if she comes in and she wants to continue playing. Hoe can I teach her that she is supposed to come when shes called?
